Only a few items on this list can beat Cow and Quince’s selection of sandwiches. All sandwiches are served with either soup, salad, or chips. One of the most popular sandwiches is the three-cheese grilled cheese sandwich. This sandwich goes for $9 and features aioli, apple slices, Edelweiss grass-fed gouda, Edelweiss Havarti, Madison Sourdough’s brioche, and Hook’s one year cheddar. The breakfast Sammie goes for $9 with the option of adding pickled jalapenos for an extra dollar. This selection features Madison Sourdough country bread, one egg, aioli, grass-fed gouda, butternut squash, and Jordandal farm bacon.

The BLT sandwich goes for $12 and features Madison Sourdough country bread, snug haven spinach, fresh mozzarella, pesto aioli, heirloom tomato jam, and Jordandal farm bacon. Also worth mentioning, is the $12.50 Wisco Pop ginger pork. This mouthwatering selection features a wonderful blend of Madison Sourdough country bread, aioli, beet and kohlrabi slaw, pickled jalapenos, and Jordandal farm roasted pork shoulder. The house-smoked ham sandwich goes for $11 and features Madison Sourdough brioche, Edelweiss Havarti, caramelized onion, and fat squirrel mustard. Cow and Quince’s house burger goes for $12 and features brioche bun, bun sauce, crispy fried onion, Hook’s one-year cheddar, and Sulzer farm burger. Pickles are available upon request and you can also add caramelized mushrooms for an extra dollar and bacon for an extra $2.

Pizza Night
At Cow and Quince, there is no night like Thursday pizza night. Pizza night features a wonderful selection of thin crust pizza and starters including fancy cheese toast, side salad, bread cheese, pickle board, and beet salad among others.

Blanc is one of the most popular pizza selections on pizza night. This selection goes for $13 and features oregano, fresh basil, parmesan, ricotta, fresh mozzarella, fontina, and garlic cream sauce. Porc goes for $14 and features cheese blend, Canadian bacon, tomato sauce, shaved onion, and Cow and Quince’s house-made Italian sausage. The Midwest spring chicken pizza goes for $16 and features fresh mozzarella, cheese blend, mushrooms, ramp greens, lucky dog chicken, and garlic cream sauce.

Cow and Quincxe’s Pepperoni pizza goes for $16 and features honey drizzle, pepper oil, cheese blend, Hook’s Pepper Jack, underground pepperoni, and marinara. What’s more, you can create your own pizza for only $10 using a selection of ingredients provided. To create your own pizza, you need to select items from four different categories. In one category you can choose from Italian sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, smoked chicken, and bacon. In the second category, you can choose from either garlic cream or tomato sauce and cheese blend. You can also choose whether to have shaved onion, honey, or garlic in your pizza. In yet another category, you are allowed to choose from a selection of two eggs, pepper cheese blend, blue cheese, ricotta, spinach, and mushrooms. You also have the opportunity to choose between chili oil and truffle oil.
